Hillview Kitchen & Pantry
The Plan: Opening Up the Footprint
The goal for this project was a full-scale kitchen renovation centered on removing the wall between the kitchen and dining room. This structural change allowed for a much larger island and the addition of a walk-in pantry. With new cabinetry, countertops, and flooring throughout, the homeowners needed to see exactly how these moving parts would work together before the demo started.
The Visualization: Catching a Design Opportunity
The 3D model did more than just confirm the layout. Once the clients saw their new space come to life on screen, it became clear that the original French doors felt undersized and lacked the light the new open floor plan deserved. Seeing the visual impact in the software gave them the confidence to pivot their construction plans and upgrade to a 10-foot sliding glass door before any construction began.
The Result: Built to Match
The completed construction is a direct reflection of the 3D vision. Because the major design decisions were finalized in the pre-construction phase, the build stayed on track and the final result is a bright, gorgeous space that functions exactly as intended.
