Our collaboration begins with the data. To ensure technical accuracy, you provide the foundational elements: your existing plans or measurements. Through a detailed project questionnaire, you’ll specify your layout goals (ie “open x wall, create a butler pantry and an island) as well as general material preferences such as "light oak flooring" or "white marble counters." This streamlined, digital-first intake allows us to begin the 3D build-out immediately in our studio, regardless of your project's location.

Using high-precision architectural software, I translate your measurements into a detailed digital environment. This isn't just a sketch; it’s a dimensionally accurate space where we can test the flow, materials, and spatial proportions of your project before construction begins.

Once the initial model is complete, we meet for a 45-minute video consultation to walk through the space together. This is our "live edit" phase where we solve any spatial "what-ifs" and finalize material directions in real-time. By making these decisions live, we ensure the final renderings are exactly what you need to move into construction with confidence.

The process concludes with the delivery of your 3D Renderings. These renderings serve as the "Visual North Star" for your project—providing your contractor and vendors with a clear, approved guide to bring the vision to life.
