Through a detailed project questionnaire, you’ll specify your layout goals (ie “open x wall, create a butler pantry and an island) as well as general material preferences such as "light oak flooring" or "white marble counters." This streamlined intake allows us to begin the 3D build-out immediately, regardless of your project's location.

Using high-precision architectural software, I translate your measurements into a detailed digital environment. This is a dimensionally accurate space where we can test the flow, materials, and spatial proportions of your project before construction begins.

Once the initial 3D model is complete, you will receive project preview renderings and a video walkthrough. You’ll have the opportunity to provide one comprehensive round of feedback or material adjustments. This ensures the final renderings are exactly what you need to move into construction with confidence.

The process concludes with the delivery of your 3D Renderings. These renderings serve as the roadmap for your project, providing your contractor and vendors with a clear, approved guide to bring the vision to life.
