New Build Visualization For this custom new construction project, the goal was to provide a full visual foundation for the most high-traffic areas of the home. We developed detailed 3D environments for the grand entry, the kitchen and walk-in pantry, and the den. By visualizing these spaces early, the homeowners were able to finalize their material palette and cabinetry layouts before the first interior walls were even closed.

Turning a Framing Adjustment into a Feature Midway through construction, a necessary framing adjustment in the primary suite required a change to the original bathroom layout. To resolve the shift, we modeled a new design feature: a custom niche tucked under an arched window, perfectly sized for a freestanding tub. Seeing this solution in a life-like 3D rendering allowed the clients to move forward with the change immediately, turning a structural requirement into the focal point of the entire suite.

From Render to Reality While this project is currently under construction, the 3D renderings continue to serve as the visual roadmap for the homeowner and trades on-site. We look forward to sharing the completed photos once this stunning home is finalized.
